Amex "Card" Offers Not Working on Amex Site?
At the Amex web site, once could usually find online "targetted" offers for Amexcard cards that give higher bonus points for signing up for a new card, that the bonus offered to the public. I logged in today to check if there are any new offers and under the "Charge and Credit Card Offers" option, I am unable to proceed meaningfully across screens as none of the cards pop up. I even tried these screens without logging in and it did not matter. Further, I tried Chrome, Mozilla, Edge and Internet Explorer and it did not resolve the issue either so it is not a browser problem.
Has Amex disabled that functionality of "targetted" "new credit card" offers on its web site? Note that what I am talking about is applying for a new Amex card with a targetted bonus, NOT to be confused with "Amex Offers" (targetted discounts for using an Amex card).

The site will recognize you, even if you do not login. You can try RIGHT clicking the link and then opening in a Private or Incognito window, but the offers that I see do not seem to be different from the public offers.
