I'm bummed because I have a PHL-DOH on Friday, and the other lounge options are meh...at least the coffee in the Admirals Club is La Colombe.

If any of yall are on Instagram, Amex has posted a bunch of pics/videos from the event to their Instagram story, so go quick because they disappear after 24 hrs

Upscale gourmet seems to be the theme that AMEX is trying to provide. I find it quite appealing. The stuffed bell peppers, tabouli, Hummus, Mediterranean bread's, small canapés all seemed very inviting to me

Can’t confirm with 100% certainty, but I don’t believe it did. AmEx has been incredibly tight lipped on the opening date. Even though they had the party, last I heard was end of October. Apparently they still have a few things to finish up.

No, it did not.. I was in PHL Airport today in the morning. Outside the lounge, it is still saying "Arriving Soon".
