TSA keeps doing weird things at PHL --- it may be different next week! The C checkpoint -- which is only precheck for the moment -- was fast. It's just not very convenient to the Centurion Lounge.

Stopped by today for my first time having lunch at this lounge and found it okay. The albóndigas, rice and, brócoli were good while the rest was ok. The cocktails don’t disappoint. No wait to get in and the lounge wasn’t too crowed on the inside.

Tuesday July 13th

Stopped by yesterday at about 1:00 PM. The lounge wasn't too crowded (no wait to get in), and the food was tasty. I had the Tomato Za'taar soup, harissa chicken thigh and persian rice (and chocolate chip cookies of course). Overall very nice.

How far is the PHL Centurion Lounge from United's terminal D? I'll be there next month, but not sure it's worth the walk to get there if it's too far. Thanks!

From Terminal D, I'd say it was 10 minutes at a reasonably brisk pace, and you'll have moving sidewalks available for about half of it.

I made it to Terminal E in 12 minutes at a decently brisk walking pace.

I agree with the time frames of the two above posts, it’s not that far.

While researching something else I discovered:

Stopped in last Friday at 6 PM. Announced a 20 minute wait so I sat around the area by the elevators (do note it is not set up well for waits) but after five minutes was allowed in

Three craft beers on tap which is great

The chicken, rice and carrots were actually all excellent. I was very happy with my dinner here.

As an observation I would say mask enforcement is as strict as I've seen at any CL. They made announcements threatening arrests, removal, fines etc. and agents came around to tell people even if they had food and drink in front of them to put their masks on.

In case anyone is stopping by for breakfast here is the current offering as of 10/2/21. Some things to note
- current hours are 530-2100
- hot food doesn’t come out until 630

Bon Apetit!

Don't forget that until 10:30 AM the CL serves very limited drinks. Typically just Mimosas. Anything else you have to wait until the full bar opens.

thanks for the pro tip, I’m well aware. It’s typically a Mimosa hold the orange juice for me in the mornings
