I believe Chase's Ritz Carlton card also pays for unlimited guests. The lounge can always limit the number of guests, without regard to the membership terms.

Once your bank has registered you, you can contact PriorityPass and they will give you login credentials for their app. Then just use the QR code that's shown in the app, or add it to your mobile wallet.

You might be able to, just call PriorityPass. But to be honest, I've never used the physical card.

In the case that the lounge's scanner/system is broken, you can request the lounge attendant to call priority pass customer service phone line to verbally verify and/or charge the the member's usage. However, the attendant may refuse to call if he/she is too busy and there is a long line waiting to get check in, which seem to happen quite often these days.

Priority Pass seems to say that we can now use the associated credit card for lounge entry.

Can I access a lounge without my membership card?
You will need to present your physical, Digital Membership Card or eligible payment card when entering a lounge.

Amex Priority Pass rules and expiration
Two questions hoping someone can answer:
1) Has the 2-guest or immediate family limit changed for the PP with Plat personal? I have different info in my notes.
2) Son is an AU on my personal plat, but I downgraded him from plat to gold 2/2021 (a year ago) bc he wasn't traveling. He got a new PP card in the mail a few weeks ago. His online PP account has a Feb 2026 expiration date. It also lists his cc as follows:
Card associated to your visit
Card Type:American Express
Card Number:***********1234
Expiry Date:02/20
That is his old plat. His downgraded gold has the same number but an exp of 2/26. Given the fact that the PP shouldn't be active/current anymore bc of the expired (then/and downgraded) Amex card, can anyone explain why he got a new PP card? Or are they just going to let him keep using it? I tried to edit the cc to enter the new info for his gold card but can't.

When a Platinum card is cancelled, Priority Pass typically sends a letter explaining that the membership has been converted to a pay-per-visit basis. The membership card is still valid, but a fee is automatically charged to the sponsoring card each time it is used. I cannot say if American Express' system tracks downgrades accurately, nor do I know if Priority Pass kept up this procedure during pandemic. The lounge attendant knows nothing about anyone's Priority Pass membership, and could not tell you if there will be a charge. Priority Pass might be able to tell you how the membership is setup inasmuch as it is linked to an expired card.
These Terms and Conditions govern Platinum Card Members' participation in and use of the Priority Pass™ Select program. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access program. At any visit to a Priority Pass Select lounge that admits guests, you may bring in two guests for no charge. After two guests, you will be automatically charged the guest visit fee equal to the guest visit fee of the Priority Pass Standard program for each additional guest. Some lounges do not admit guests. By enrolling in Priority Pass Select, you agree that you will be responsible for any additional accompanying guest visits and that your Card will be automatically charged after you have signed for the additional guest visit and it has been reported to Priority Pass by the participating lounge. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass. Priority Pass will use this information to fulfill on the Priority Pass Select program and may use this information for marketing related to the program. Once enrolled, Platinum Card Members whose Card account is not cancelled may access participating Priority Pass Select lounges by presenting your Priority Pass Select card and airline boarding pass. In some lounges, Priority Pass Select member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass Select members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Amenities may vary among airport lounge locations. Conference rooms, where available, may be reserved for a nominal fee. Priority Pass Select lounge partners and locations are subject to change. All Priority Pass Select members must adhere to the Priority Pass Conditions of Use, which will be sent to you with your membership package, and can be viewed at www.prioritypass.com. Upon receipt of your enrollment information, Priority Pass will send your Priority Pass Select card and membership package which you should receive within 10-14 business days. If you have not received the Priority Pass card after 14 days, please contact American Express using the number on the back of your American Express® Card. Please note, Additional Gold Card Members are not eligible for membership.

American Express pays for two guests. The immediate family feature is a Citi benefit, not American Express.

Hugely disappointed to learn that Amex Plat in Spain does not allow any guests for Priority Pass
The lounge buddy lounge details ofuscates this fact thorougly, by advising that one guest is allowed. It is only in the small print of terms and conditions that it makes reference to a fee being required for ALL guests.
It seems in the rest of the world two guests are allowed, only not if you live in Spain. It is really bad form for a global company like Amex to screw us on the small print

AU Priority Pass card?
How does this work? Added an authorized user to Primary that recently enabled Priority Pass, got a membership number on AMEX site but no card yet.
Any other action necessary for AU? Will they get a separate card?
