Wait, are those Sheraton GC only valid at Sheratons? Wow, that would suck. I will be staying at at least 10 brands from Moxy to Ritz Carlton for work, and non of them are either St Regis nor Sheraton

I doubt it. I’m pretty sure that was the property not being familiar with gift cards. This was in Asia.

I had my brother buy me a gift card since he had the offer on his Amex and wasn’t going to use it. It was also a Sheraton gift card. I asked my bro for the number then registered the card. Rather than getting him to mail me the card, I reported it “lost” a week later. Apparently it will be replaced with an e version. Waiting to see what that looks like, but I suspect it will be a Marriott card.

It should work. And should cover a couple of days of parking and maybe a sandwich or two, almost. (I kid, I kid.)

Has anyone used the $100 off $500 Conrad offer and can answer this question?

- The terms state that the reservation must be made through conradhotels.com. Does that preclude a booking from hilton.com? Was hoping to double dip and get cashback.

the point there is that AMEX is going to only pay the rebate based upon the charge hitting the AMEX statement under the business name of the Conrad hotel and thus pre-paid stays via Expedia, Priceline, etc would not qualify.

Sounds like this would be like the Courtyard GCs that have the "good at all Marriott worldwide" on the back.

I confirmed with my friend that she was able to get the Marriott in Asia to accept the Sheraton gift card. ^

Probably won't be an issue because even if the reservation is initiated at conradhotels.com, it redirects to hilton.com

Grubhub Seamless - 1 extra MR point valid through 12/31/19 - showed up on Blue for Biz Plus (and Plat Biz Open). On B4B+, that now means 3x MR - on par with CSR for that spend, depending on how you value MR vs UR.

AMEX Offers

I’m sure this has already been asked, so I apologize ahead of time. However, when you enroll in an offer that states, “Spend $75 at this restaurant and receive $15 back” does this include or exclude tip? Thanks!

The "spend $75" referes to the total charge that hits your Amex statement: subtotal + tax + gratuity. If that sum is $75 or greater, you'll trigger the offer.
