However it does not trigger a Congrat email. This worries me.
About 2 weeks ago a friend just logged in his ATT account without going thru the att.com/smallbusiness to pay his cell phone bill. The Congrat email came immediately. Credit posted 3 days after charge.
I knew in the past I have had no Congrat email but offer still came thru incidents. Hope it is the same case this time. It still bothers me because I really dont want to keep paying ATT as my bill is rather small.

I had this offer on 4 cards and paid ATT bill(regular site only) and got congrats email every time. I already got credit on 3 cards and waiting for the last credit to post.

I may have to pay again just going to the regular site. Have 4 offers too but I really dont want to have a large credit balance in my ATT account.
In theory if paying thru the regular site triggers the offer, it would mean any $150+ payment made to ATT should work. Finger crossed that sometimes next week the credit would show up by itself.

I got two Amex offers - Hilton spend $300+, get 3,500 MR and Hilton spend $250, get $50 SC, on the same Amex card
I tried paying a Hilton stay (regular Hilton brand hotel) by splitting the stay bill, putting $300 on each card that has the above 2 offers
I didn't get any congrats email at all
Should I be worried? I thought $300 is sufficient and not $301
In the past, I have always managed to get this to work and get the congrats email immediately

Has anyone gotten credit for the Macy's offer? I didn't get the email or credit on all 3 cards I had it on.

I made a payment this morning going thru the website listed in the offer instruction. It has an automatic redirect. I then logged in my ATT account to pay.

I got the congrats email and credit, and i paid through the ATT app for my personal account

I am 0/7 on Macy AO credit and when chatting with Amex, agent asked me to wait 6-8 weeks after the offer expires.

UPDATE: AO was successfully redeemed, without any intervention required from me, even though no congrats email was received. Think there is some bugs now with Amex such that sometimes email is sent out, sometimes now...

I remembered long ago, one of my AOs didnt post (think it was one of those jc penny AO), but others jcp AOs posted, even though I got congrat emails for all of them
The chat specialist told me the same spiel like you, but when I call up by phone, they connect me to MR dept and he said I should be able to see the statement credit reflected on my account the next day - which is indeed what happened.

The Congrat email of my payment came some 3 hours later....
ATT acknowledged payment 9:26am EST
AMEX Congrat email came 12:35pm EST
On my next payment in Oct I would just go thru the regular log in site that I go every month.

Anybody sign up for the spend $2K get 2k MR points? I got email saying I hit spend on September 4 and still don't have the points.I called and got the 90 day spiel. I said usually if the points do not post in a few days they won't w/o me pushing it.
