Looks as though my Spend $300, get $60 @ Hilton has failed. Do I have to wait 60 days after the promo period to inquire?

Generally it should be immediately. look at your folio and then review the T&C of the promo.

nice amazon is cumulative through end of year

hilton + curio (only, no other hilton brands)

similarly marriot was marriott only
then JW marriott offer separate

Still no offers for Amex Biz BBP. All I got was a TurboTax offer. This is my first Amex biz. Hopefully this improves ?

I tried to buy two $25 gift cards from Walmart today. After check out I got three emails. Order confirmation from Walmart, Amex offer used email, and then Walmart cancelling my order because there was an issue with my credit card information, which is total BS because everything was correct. What do you make of this and do you think I'll have an issue getting the $10 credit if I try the purchase again?

I purchased egift cards with this offer and had no issues.

I called Amex and everything is good on their end the issue is with Walmart. Tried 3 times yesterday and once today and every time my order gets cancelled right after. Called Walmart last night and they said it was a known issue but the csr seemed to blow off my call

Same used to be reported when buying American Airlines giftcards online. The merchants have their own security algorithms which may indicate that a transaction is fraudulent, even if the card network does not.

Nike (giftcards.nike.com) charge posted 3 days ago without a confirmation email. Still no rebate, and the offer did not change to "redeemed" status.

Sounds like you might have to call Amex. Interestingly, I used the Petco $15 off $50 and got the Amex offer used email and the credit already posted but my offers section does not reflect that I used the offer.

I placed three $125 gift card orders on July 14 on each of my AMEX cards that had the Jet offer. I never received the thanks email on any of them. Today I received the $25 credit on two of my cards. I will wait another day or two and see if the $25 credit appears on the third. If not, I will call AMEX and ask them to manually post it.
Also, I have $3.12 cashback pending with Giving Assistant for each of those orders.

For those who haven't used their Jet offers, note that Jet is offering $15 off $50 purchase in the grocery category with promo code FRESHJULY. Cashback portals work with Jet, too.
