Shot in the dark here, but perhaps you had already exhausted your 2016 credit earlier in the year?

Checked the link to see what was left in 2016, and there was still nearly all of the DL credit left. And the charges posted with a January 1st date in 2017 before the card was used at all that day.

Any DPs on using the $200 reimbursement to purchase a cash upgrade from comfort+ to Business/first? Looking at a domestic flight (LGA > DEN). -Thanks!

Worker Fine but........

Charged 4 x 50 on 1/21

Credit Showed on 1/23

But, I also got charged for AMEX Flight Insurance of 4.99 on each one as I have it signed up automatically. I will have to fill out the form to get a credit on each one. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

Interesting data point, $50 really does seem to be the magic number.

Usually when I call the rep processes the credit immediately and it shows up in a few days. If you did $53 GCs though () good luck...

after the failed phone call (phone rep said systems were down) I got on chat and was able to have the rep apply the credit. Wasn't for gift cards.

I recently paid a change fee, but as usual DL bundled it together with the fare difference and charged the whole thing ($350 or so) as an "additional collection".

Hasn't shown up as a credit and it's been about a week. I suppose I need to call and be prepared to show a receipt with the change fee?

This is the first time something like this hasn't auto-reimbursed, but also the biggest charge I've ever had go through that was eligible.

I had a pleasant surprise with my reimbursement!

My itinerary, after using my eCerts, was $26 out of pocket, which I charged it to my Plat card. To my surprise, that got credited today! Maybe any charge of $50 or less is just treated as a fee.

I don't suspect. I made two $79 charges for buy-up offers to the extra legroom seating (2 pax) and the credit posted within a couple of days.
Then a week or two later I made a similar buy-up for $49 at OLCI, but this one did NOT post for 2 weeks.
The only difference is that the $79 charges were advance buy-ups on DL.com ticket purchases. The $49 charge was a buy-up on a corporate TA-issued ticket, and thus there was no buy-up offer until OLCI. Not sure why that would matter though; just a point of info.
I disputed the $49 charge so we'll see what happens.

4-$50 ecerts in one transaction
4-$50 refunds the day after the purchase posted

2x50 on PRG posted on 02/02, both reimbursed on 02/03

Bought 4x $50 GC last night in one transaction but the 'Large Purchase Transaction' email and pending charge both show up as $200 - is this normal? They arrived as 4 $50 e-certs with 4 codes, but I thought they were also supposed to show up as 4 individual charges.
