There maybe certain people that like buying bananas one by one, nothing wrong with that.
No shame in buying your groceries one piece by one piece

But is there any minimum to count as 20 or 30? I had a month where it seemed like a $1.29 charge was not counting toward my 20 on the ED, but everything else (which was $2 or above) was.

Interesting, am reading through the T&C's but I don't see anything mentioned about a limit on how much a transaction has to be.

I had a 15cent transaction count too! However, no points, as it rounds down to $0. 50 cent transaction would earn 4.5 points at supermarkets.

I am able to confirm that it doesn't matter what amount. I was able to go multiple .99 cent transactions and it qualified for the bonus

I do multiple Amazon.com 50 cent gift card reloads. Much easier than multiple checkouts at the grocery store!

Same here -- usually between 50 and 60 cents.

Does this card sometimes offer a higher sign up bonus than 30K MR points?
Considering the no-fee Everyday card offers a 25K sign up bonus with no annual fee, a 30K sign up bonus with a $95 annual fee doesn't look that attractive.

Well considering I can't get 25k point offer on the regular card to save my life or a 30k on this card...

I believe there have been 50,000 point offers on the card but they were highly targeted.

Thanks, this is good to know.
I will wait till I'm able to get 50K points on this card, targeted or not.

So are the welcome offers greater than 15,000 MR points gone now?

30k Everyday Preferred offer still available with incognito mode using public or referral links -- not able to see it using my home internet directly, but it does show up easily if I connect using a VPN

Much harder trying to get it with 20k referral -- easier if you're using a 10k-15k referral
