Flirtatious Online Chat Representatives?
I contacted Amex online regarding a payment I hadn't authorized on my Platinum card. I realized quickly I had authorized it, I'd just postdated it and forgotten about it. Here's a transcript of the part after I said I was sorry for wasting her time and that I'd forgotten about the payment:
Guys, I think she likes me
Megan: No worries it happens with me as well

Megan: Is there anything else I can do to bring a smile on your face?

I think that is nice. It also lets you know at least part of your chat was not handled by BOT. I hope you are aware a majority of the chat's are now BOT controlled and some companies claim they can do a complete BOT chat with a customer
