Best Value for Hotel/Accommodations Redemption
 

I've looked thru the forum & not finding a master thread that summarizes which hotel/accommodations (eg AirBNB) redemption options are the best value thru Membership Rewards. I'm looking at staying in NYC & WAS in a couple of weeks, and open to redeeming SPG, HY, MC, or HH points *or* redeeming for AirBNB credits. It feels like the AirBNB 25% bonus points, which effectively is a value of 1.25c/point is one of the better values right now.

Thoughts?

Membership Rewards (USA) has only four hotel points transfer partners:

There is no option to transfer to Hyatt. Not sure what "MC" is meant to represent. There are options to redeem points for various hotel chain gift cards at a fixed monetary value. My account is showing a "sale" on Hyatt gift cards at the rate 9000:$100, but see this thread:

To compare the points transfers to the gift card redemptions you will need to determine the number of points required for an award stay, compare that to the price of a room in dollars, and do the arithmetic.
