AmEx Final Hotels and Resorts how to find free 3rd or 4th night offers.
So AmEx's FHR program does not advertise any benefits regarding 4th (or 3rd or 5th) night free, but I think some hotels offer free night if you book 4 nights.
Where can I get a list of hotels in FHR program that offers free night benefit not advertised by FHR benefit list?

Free night offers are temporary promotions, not permanent benefits.
For example, if you search New York City today, for stays before the end of June, 2015:
- Go here: americanexpress.com/fhr
- Login
- Search for the destination and dates when you need to travel
- The slte will return a list of properties, and any Special Offers will be marked with a star :-:.

You don't even need to login. Nights free is one of the best reasons for using FHR.
