Centurion Lounge crowding (2015-2019)

At Centurion Lounge SFO right now. It's a little over half full, and there is plenty of seating available. Mostly business people, and a handful of families with young children. A few tables in the dining area and the big room are reserved for Ceturion cardholders.
The food is disappointing today. Other than the ribs (which are decent, but I'm not a fan of ribs in general), they only seem to have rice, soup, bread, salad, and some sort of pea puree. As a person who doesn't eat much healthy food, it feels like slim pickings with today's selection. Luckily, as for desserts, they have brownies with peanut butter on top and chocolate chip cookies.

I'm excited to try IAH tomorrow though.

I was at the SFO lounge about a week ago. Inbound trip around 10 am and outbound around 2 pm.
I was able to find a seat on both occasions, but others were not as lucky as me.

At IAH right now. Pretty empty. I'm scared to come back this afternoon after my meeting though. I'm guessing it will be a zoo.

Please do stop back by. Not been crowded on any of my 4 visits so far, maybe related to the "secret location"

Was in SFO Cent Lounge today. Very crowded, but at 8:00AM was able to find a table and get breakfast. Was a line up to get in though. Tried the Seattle one 2 months ago, and was much more civilized.

I earned lots of points with my wife and daughters when I alerted them to this fact. I'm sure lots of people in search of sweet treats never realize that this is where they usually are in the SFO lounge.

SEA Studio yesterday around 2pm - the lounge was overcrowded but they had a process to bring people into a waiting area and hold them until a table opened, after which a host escorted them to their seat to avoid conflicts or people roaming around aimlessly. While the crowding issue is a still a problem, at least handling seat assignments in this manner is a good idea.
As to the studio offerings - the food was meh compared with the United Club, but the Studio most definitely had much better desserts which is either fortunate or unfortunate depending on your ability to resist.

Any hints about the lounge at MIA? Going through there next week on my way to the Olympics.

LAS is packed right now. I only managed to grab one of the odd orange relaxation chairs.
