He assured me that it was an FHR reservation. I now got the email and it doesn't mention anything about FHR, but it mentions checkout at 11am.

Has anyone ran into an issue like this before? I will call Amex again tomorrow (too tired now), but I don't want to arrive there to find out I didn't get any of the benefits.
I found the MyTrips to be a little buggy at times - but always a call to Plat Travel Services confirmed everything, and they can email you detailed confirmation - sounds like you should call Amex PTS, and have them sync up with Bellagio reservations to make sure everything is on the up and up.

I currently have zero trips showing under My Trips on the new site. I have confirmations of 1 booked in September, and I just finished 2 stays in June that should be under 'Past Trips', but the site is not showing any of these.

Thumbs up Wynn

Booked Wynn Tower Suite for a long weekend (4th night free). Got upgraded to a Parlor Suite, concierge explained all benefits including the Tower Suite specific ones (free pressings, etc).

Parlor Suite was incredibly spacious (1200+sqft), ours was overlooking the golf course and thankfully not XS .

Used the $40/person breakfast mostly for room-service. A generous spread for 2 including all fees/auto-grat/extra $5 tip was ~$120. (this isn't covered by breakfast but they have a vegan burger that comes with fries and a vegan shake for just $12! Apparently Steve Wynn turned vegan..)

Overall, probably one of the best hotel experiences we've had (consistent quality of service, superb staff, private check-in/entry, dining, private pool, etc). Doubt I'll ever go back to Bellagio again...

I think it depends on the hotel. The reservation estimate on the fhr site used to show it as a separate line item for Bellagio and if memory serves me right they did charge a daily resort fee every day.
For this stay at the Wynn, I see a 'room tax' of 12% which is the normal rate. And no resort fee..

Yes - Tower rooms don't add an extra resort fee. Lower room types do have a resort fee. This is not FHR related, just the way Wynn/Encore works

right, i was referring to how wynncore works. steve wynn does well in a lot of areas. i see it as 'including' more in the more expensive tower rates, rather than nickel and diming etc.

Wynncore question

Do FHR guests receive any preferential check-in treatment (e.g., expedited/invited guest line)? Booked a base level resort room at Encore and this will be my first stay at either property.

tower is the way to get better checkin
especially encore, with few tower rooms
IIRC encore tower can access wynn tower pool

wynn wont even allow guests to pay cash for wynn apartment villas or best hotel cars, which is unusual in vegas, but smart from casino perspective

Correct, the two Tower pools are connected by a bridge and Tower guests from either Encore or Wynn can use both. The Wynn Tower pool is slightly bigger. The regular pools are situated one level below the Tower pools and there is no obvious direct path between them.

I did not try using the regular pool area downstairs, I would assume that Tower guests can use any pool

Tower guests also have priority access/reservations for restaurants and buffet. FHR does not get any priority privs.

I'm in Bellagio now but I'm not sure the room was upgraded or not. I got a fountain view room in 23rd floor.

Other benefits just like what were mentioned in the previous posts.
$100 hotel credits and $30 per person daily for breakfast but it can be used anytime.
I checked in around 11:30am.

I paid for resort room after I checked the Amex confirmation email and I was upgraded to deluxe fountain view room.

But I don't know how I can or I should say to waive the resort fee?

Would be interested to hear if someone has NOT been upgraded at the Wynncore with a FHR package (Plat or more specifically Cent).
