For me opens to 50k offer every time in Chrome incognito. Instantly approved. Never had PRG but have 3 other Amex cards and cancelled a Delta Gold several years ago. Will post when I get bonus. Unfortunately won't get points soon enough for Avios promotion (but there is hope for the future). this is a really low spend for 50k.

Thank you OP for the post. Got instant approval and I am waiting for the card.
I have been trying the business gold card for the last 3 days (+50 attempts), but no luck on getting 75000 MR Points with $10000 spending. (I really regret for not applying the business gold card when I saw the 75000 MR points offer in the 1st try...)

Yes. This is the first time I've applied for PRG and BGR. Bonus is 50,000/1000 and 75,000/5000 respectively. Actually when the PRG app. came up it also showed me BGR promo on the same page indicating that there is a business version of this card on offer if i wanted to apply for it.

Received the Card via UPS Friday. I just applied on Wednesday night. That's fast! It came in a nice little insert which I thought it's a nice touch. Thanks again OP for sharing the promo link. Was going to apply for the EDP but this is a much sweeter deal

I've heard EDP occasionally has a 25k bonus instead of the standard 15k. Would wait for that.

Approved as well for 50k -- Initially the link didnt work but tried three times reloading through google chrome incognito and got the 50k offer - Clicked through and took me to an error page, tried again, applied, APPROVED. (existing Amex member with BCP card -- took a screenshot to make sure offer sticks)

Time for my first flyertalk post as well 
I ran into the same "We apologize that the offer you are looking for may no longer be available." message and very nearly gave up on this. I found that by clicking around the site to view the card benefits, the apply button moves to the top of the screen and finally works ^.
