I just checked too....I was really hoping for a 100k offer for the Platinum but only got 60k under both mine and husband's name. We are going to call AMX later today and see if there is any shot at the 100k offer via phone.
I read somewhere else on FT that someone recently got a mail 100k offer. If I can't get 100k via phone I might hold out for the mail.
I definitely don't want to apply without getting that 100k offer now.

Yes. Holding a supplementary card on another's account does not disqualify you from earning a bonus when opening your own account.
No. American Express (USA) has no mechanism for transferring points from one Membership Rewards account to another. You could transfer your points to one of her frequent flyer accounts, if you first request a supplementary card for her on your card account.

This offer is also not available to applicants who have or have had a Platinum Card® account enrolled in the Membership Rewards® program.

That's because no one really knows. There is ambiguity about whether personal, Ameriprise, Fidelity, Goldman-Sachs, Mercedes, and Morgan Stanley cards disqualify a bonus for all other Platinum cards. The way the terms are worded they might, because they are all Platinum Cards which participate in Membership Rewards. However, American Express practice frequently differs from written policy, and usually in the customers' favor. The only way to know is to apply and report the results.

From TPG Blog: "It’s important to note for both of these cards, these offers are not available to applicants who have or have had this product, so if you’ve ever had before you wouldn’t be able to sign-up again and receive the bonus."

Nevermind, I just tried it with a different amex offer from cardmatch and they do not transfer, it asks you to login when you try and go to the link. Bummer.
