USA-issued Business Centurion cardholders receive unlimited GoGo in-flight access. Activation and a GoGo account required.

USA-issued Business Platinum cardholders receive 10 GoGo in-flight passes per year. Each pass is valid for a single flight segment (takeoff to touchdown). Activation and a GoGo account required.

The eligible card carries an annual fee of $450 and looks like this:

Other platinum colored American Express cards are not eligible.

Some Corporate cards are also eligible.

Thanks for the info. That seems like a good deal.

This is no longer listed on the Amex site as a benefit. Is it possible this has been discontinued?

That I don't know. Did you type in your CC number to check?

I'm an existing cardholder and it works, I am checking because I am referring someone to the card.

Don't rely on the splash page. Look at the benefit terms:

https://www.americanexpress.com/us/c...#benefit-terms

Scroll down to the paragraph headed: Gogo Preferred Program

Apologies, as I'm sure this has been asked, but I can't find it.

I have a monthly subscription with AA and am flying DL soon, which I haven't flown in ages. Will I be able to use my passes on DL? Will my AA subscription block the option to use a pass?

I found out, much to my disappointment, that the Gogo passes have become effectively useless on American Airlines. They have replaced the wifi on most of their equipment to a non-participating provider. What's the scope of how other people can use them on other airlines?

The increase in fee for the relatively useless Dell credit and not effectively removing the wifi credit makes the card an extremely marginal value proposition for me. All that's left that I regularly use is lounge access, and while it's nice, I'm not sure it's worth $600 a year.

The Wikipost of this thread clarifies which AA aircraft have GoGo versus other providers:

If your aircraft has the old gogo inlfight equipment it will not work. The old Gogo was ground based. You want inflight panasonic satellite.

Is that why I couldn't use my gogo pass on a recent AA flight (actually American Eagle)?

No. Centurion was explaining that land based internet access would not work on a long flight over water. If there is internet access, but it isn't provided by Go Go, the passes will not be accepted. AA has more than one service provider.
