Yes you are correct, if you weren't targeted, it's no use.

I plan on signing up for the Business Gold card, in order to realize the 3x points benefit. Are there any accessible offers better than the online 25k MR points available? I haven't been able to get the 50k/75k offers to work for me.

I just tried the first link from my previous post, using an Incognito browser window. This time it produced the 75,000/$10,000 offer.

All I see is the ability to apply using the 'Short Application' and when I ry that with my amex accounts I get a systems error. Am I missing something in how to apply for this?

This offer is targeted. The only way to apply is through logging in. That error means that your account is not eligible for the offer.
