UK Cent and Priority Pass
Hi,
I am getting conflicting information re the Priority Pass benefits on the UK Cent website: Priority PassTM Present your Priority Pass membership card for access to over 600 lounges worldwide. Enrolment is complimentary for the Primary Centurion member and the first Supplementary Cardmember. The Primary Centurion member and Supplementary Centurion member can also bring an additional guest, at no extra charge, into any of the Priority Pass lounges. Terms and Conditions Both the Primary and Supplementary Centurion member can enrol into Priority Pass. In order to access Priority Pass lounges, the Centurion member must present a valid Priority Pass card in his/her name, along with boarding pass for same day travel and government-issued ID. The Centurion member will be charged a fee for any guests at the prevailing rate – currently 27 USD per person, per visit, to his or her American Express Centurion Card. For complete conditions of use visit www.prioritypass.com I called Cent help desk and was informed that the former (ie. one guest free) is the correct one. This sounds reassuring but I am not entirely sure this is how the lounge dragon will interpret the rules. Has anyone out there come across the same issue? |

Has anyone out there come across the same issue? They have no knowledge of what kind of level of Priority Pass card you have, they are all the same to them. They simply register your visit and get you to sign a slip to confirm your entry and number of guests, and pass this to Priority Pass. What you end up getting charged for/free is handled further up the line by Priority Pass or Amex automatically depending on your level of membership. |

The lounge dragons don't need to interpret any rules with Priority Pass.

AMEX should still update the info on their site though. |
