Lengthening hold times on phone in UK???
Has anybody else noticed a lengthening in hold times when trying to get through to the Platinum Card Services by phone in the UK?
I have been on hold for 14 so far and whilst typing this, maybe this is a way to encourage us to spend more $$$$$ on the black card if invited
