Do you need more information than that? RDU -> LGA for $110 (after taxes and all)

Hopefully this sparks some other offers. Not bad at all!

This is major. Gets pretty darn close to the BA 100,000 mile offer because not only is first year fee waived, there's also $100 statement credit. Also, Delta will only charge around $100 for fees, etc., when booking a coach award ticket. Wow, what a deal!

Maybe it'll go mainstream. Here I took the bait for the 50K Delta AmEx offer. Uggh, I think I'm going to get sick. Oh well.

I think BA miles are worth more though.

Could the OP click on his link and then copy and paste the URL that it goes to?

I got the 70K offer on my second shot of trying a random trip cheap- IAH to ATL worked. On the first page I got the 30K offer and on the Step 2 page I got the 70K offer.

Poop, here's my dilemma: I got an AMEX AA card about 70 days ago and was waiting to get a much needed AMEX SPG card in about three weeks. How strict is AMEX about a 90 day card policy or getting two AMEX cards in close succession?

BTW, I couldn't get a link for the offer. You check a box saying you are interested in the credit card, and when you click "next" on the checkout process, a window pops up that contains the credit card application.

In chrome when that app pops up, right click on it and select view iframe source. It should give you the URL.

I wish I could find an offer for as many as 50k Delta miles for as little as $750 spend. That one seems better for those who apply for other cards routinely and thus can't commit high spend to one card.

(Besides, I don't fly Delta regularly, I'm saving up for the future, so I dunno if the purchase credit would even work for me.)
Do you know what's the waiting period/churn rules for this card/Amex cards? I applied for this card approximately around December 2010. Thanks in advance.

As someone else said, this is not close to BA 100K at all. BA 100K is possible to get many domestic awards out of because of BA's pricing and AA's availability. Delta 70K ... lucky to get 2 coach tickets.

$5K is a lot to put on a Delta card, if you're not earning MQMs for elite status.

Amex officially says that you cannot currently hold a Delta personal card at that moment, must be at least a year removed from holding that particular card (no Gold Delta card for at least a year), and must be at least 90 days removed from holding any Delta consumer credit card (Plat or Reserve).
