2 Amex Business cards
I was instantly approved for a Business Gold card earlier for 75k & wanted to know if i can apply for another Delta or SPG business card with one pull? Or it's advised not to apply for 2 Amex at the same time?

Only reason not to is if you're particularly concerned about FR risk.

Also, i have the SPG personal already which i applied last year in July can i still get the sign on bonus on a Business SPG or is it considered a same product? Please advise

Different product. FR will want to see both if you have any biz cards.

I have SPG & PGR personal & was approved for PRG business few hours ago so which one i should apply with only one pull & not worry about the FR? Sorry for asking too many questions i'm new @ this.
