No, but you could at least try to ask them to honor it retroactively because it's not exactly fair that your points were frozen through the expiration date of the offer. No idea if it would work, but it seems ridiculous.

The original transfer ratio to Penti was 500:400. In September 2015 they offered 500:500, and that has become the standard rate. The 2016 500:750 bonus was extraordinarily long, about six months. I cannot say if that means they are propping up Plenti with transfers from Membership Rewards, or if it will be a long while before there is another offer.

OK Mia, I just opened a ANA account. Tell them now they can offer their bonus. J/k. Still they are just about the only partner who hasn't ponied up. This would be a very helpful bonus right about now.

Please define "ponied up". Delta and AC Aeroplan haven't had transfer bonuses for over 5 years according to the wiki list. Is that really "ponying up"?

And even though they may not be the best value (compared to other transferable points programs), Amex also has several hotel partners. And none of the hotel programs show any transfer bonuses in the history period covered by the list in the wiki.

So did you only mean non-North-American airline partners when you said "just about only"? Or did you just not look at the dates of the last btransfer bonus for each program?
