I have no idea. They could not have known anything about me based on the company information they used. I think they just pull a database of companies in a certain area and then send out invites.

Not sure, but I'm sure we'd all LOVE to find out

Got 2 offers for 2 of my businesses

Applied for 1 and got it, wondering if I can go for the other business as it expires March 10. I don't want to push it though.

Not sure but I'd try it if I were you. 100k points is worth the risk! After you apply, you can always call AmEx to verify the promotion.

If you do end up applying, please report back as to if the promo still applied.

Not sure

the more I think about it the more scared I get.

100k is great but I don't want to red flag anything and happy to get 1 of the cards.

I have a lot of inquires in the past 2 years as I just bought a house and other items.

If someone else in the same situation can report they were successful that would help me a bit more. Thanks.

Amex allows multiple different types of cards, I have both the personal PRG and Plat. Does the business side work the same way, it is fairly easy to acquire and have both the Biz Gold and Plat (all things equal, good credit, history, etc)?

If I were to cancel my business platinum (Paid the fee back in November), would I be prorated the annual fee for the time I didn't use? I'd want to do this so I can cancel ASAP and have my 12 month timer reset for my next business platinum in the future.
