Reminder: you must enroll and select B6 as your airline, (± a day) BEFORE making a reimbursable purchase. Click HERE.

Gift Cards are no longer available for sale.

Extra Legroom purchase fees have been reimbursed, but must be done in a separate transaction (post 84, 96, etc.)
Cancellation fees appear to be reimbursed (post 109)
Taxes/fees on award flights booked with JetBlue points have been reimbursed (post 89, 98, 107, etc.)
Paid tickets below a certain threshold may be reimbursed; various data points suggest a threshold above $137.40 but below $152.20

Thanks ended up canceling and booking separately. Funny I expected to see the reverse charges appear but didn’t - maybe they’ll just not post it.

Ended up posting as two separate charges and then they posted refunds. So would have been ok but decided to cancel just in case.

Since I can cancel at any time due to the covid changes, does it make sense to cancel closer to the travel date? From what I can tell the travel bank funds expire 2 years from issuance so the later I cancel the longer I’ll have the funds in my travel bank? Flights aren’t until end of October.

I've been waiting to cancel a flight in May until closer to flight date so the travel bank credit lasts longer. However, I just got an email from JetBlue that what was a 2pm flight was changed to an 8am departure. If I ask for a cash refund, will AMEX clawback my reimbursement? I booked the flight in February.

Highly likely they will be might be next week or might be April 2023 after the card has been closed for 3 years. I'm still waiting to see if they claw back the $15 I didn't use but they credited due to the multiple charges that posted but were refunded same day. Would prefer they claw it back before I close the card.

When I cancel and bank the money in Jetblue, can I book with the money in the bank and then cancel to reset the expiration of the money in the jetblue bank? Or will the funds retain their original expiration?

If I book an itinerary for 5 passengers and then request cancellation to Travel Bank, will it be 5 separate Travel Banks or 1?

When you buy a sub-$99 ticket with JetBlue, does it show flight information connected with the statement? I'm showing the flight into connected to that charge, with no airline fee credit posted. How long did it take for the airline fee credit to be posted? Should I assume that if the credit didn't post along with the charge, that it won't get reimbursed?

Yes. Take a few days to get reimbursed. Check if the meter moved under card benefits, that is also an indicator of the upcoming credit. Data points seem to be around 4-5 days maximum for tix. The airline fee credit won't post with the charge, it will happen 2-3 days later on average.

Thanks for the response. It worked out exactly as you said, the meter moved 2 days after the JetBlue charge posted and the reimbursement appeared the following day (3 days after the original charge).

Update: Posted credit today
