So we have a reimbursement high of $137.40 (8/1/17) and lowest not reimbursed $165.8 (8/30/16). Any other more recent DP's?

Had to cancel a trip about a week ago and placed the B6 cancellation fees on AMEX Plat card as two separate charges of $75. Both were refunded. They were listed as 'ADDITIONAL COLLECTION'. They took about 4 days for the credit to post.

I was recently reimbursed $82.30 and $95.30 for flights using Amex credit.

Interestingly, even if I buy two tickets at the same time, they seem to be charged as separate transactions. For instance, when I booked flights for my wife and I for a total of $164.60, I was charged two separate transactions of $82.30. Both of these were reimbursed.

How long did it take for you to receive the reimbursement?

I recently purchased a Jetblue ticket for 110 on Amex Plat. An AmeX credit in the exact amount has been applied. I reached out to Amex as in the past, I would not have had the full amount credited . It would have been portions of the ticket, such as baggage or inflight charge. The Amex rep indicated that since I got the full credit of the ticket I should not expect to receive my remaining 90.00.

Has there been recent Amex changes.?

There seems to be some miscommunication. You can use the remaining credit on another JetBlue transaction.

Thank you Mia. That’s what I thought as well, may just have to call and speak to another representative.

Why? You can see in your online account the remaining amount of the benefit.

These unnecessary calls cause problems, First Alaska, coincidence or not someone called asking about their GC credit, when told it wasn't eligible they proudly/loudly said everyone else is doing it,
Second AA, not sure as to why but several calls were made similar to AS.

Now you

The AMEX airline credit can be used in several transactions. it's not like a food voucher where you have to use it in one transaction and don't get any change back. You can just use that $90 in something else

Please stop calling them. You're bringing unnecessary attention to a benefit that technically should not be a benefit.
