Reminder: you must enroll and select AS as your airline BEFORE making a reimbursable purchase. Click HERE to enroll.
As of June 2017 gift certificates are no longer reimbursed. Link to buy gift certicates

According to this thread in the Alaska forum the reimbursement of Alaska Club memberships is no longer a problem. To see how much of your annual credit you've used, log in to AmEx, select the card in question, choose "Membership->Benefits" off the menu bar, scroll down to see the travel credit benefit. (with thanks to Lumpylump76)

Tickets cancelled within 24 hours are refunded back to the card used for the purchase. Tickets for travel dates > 60 days out can be deposited to your wallet when cancelled (this has not been true for some time). Change fees may apply depending on your status. Change fees are waived for MVP Gold and MVP Gold 75k members according to this page: https://www.alaskaair.com/content/mi...ID:MileagePlan (expand "service benefits" towards the bottom of the page). The wallet funds will expire one year after the issue date of the original ticket.

I'll bite

Bought 2x $50 cards and one $100 cards (well was two more $50 but selected two of them in a single transaction to test efficiencies) yet posted as a single $100 transaction. This was done on January 13.

January 14 two $50 and one $100 credits showed up ^

Just trying to get an understanding if the credits are still working fine, even though the charges are going through as: ALASKA AIR GIFT CERTSEATTLE WA

Sounds like they are still going through as automatic crediting. So the misleading post above about it being dead is probably moot.

Although if having to do a manual credit on a charge of gift cert it might get tricky.

Thanks for the most recent post: beckoa

Got my last $150 in credits at the last minutes/days of the year...

Purchased $50x3 on 12/25,12/26,12/28
Credited 12/29, 12/29, 12/31

Looks like $100 is working fine now so I'll get these out of the way a bit earlier this year...

I tried with a $50 GC and the credit hasn't posted. The purchase transaction posted on 3/25. It worked last year (2104). I hope I see a credit soon.
