secure messaging -- same rep or do they all use the same name?

secure messaging -- same rep or do they all use the same name?

I keep getting shut down responses on all my cards (and my husband's) when we send secure messages. These are all coming from someone by the same american name (very common amercian name) and a "manager" of some sort. It's starting to be suspicious, especially since they don't seem to actually be reading all of our messages!

Have they stopped responding to messages? Do they typically all use the same name?

I think a good number of their CSR is from a third world country. I've had the same (not so good) experience. You would think as big as they are they would be better. I get canned responses. Yesterday the CSR couldn't help me and referred me online and told me how to resolve my problem thru their secure web site. Amazing!

Every time I send them a message, i get a different person answering the question. It seems strange that you would keep getting the same person.

Are you US based, or are you using another country's Amex site?
