paying $27 won't be a benefit for most people, I would think... especially after what other members have said on here

Will supplemental cards be eligible for this benefit or is it only for primary cardholder?

I just signed up for a Corporate Platinum card (new offering from my firm, reimburse this instead of an airport club membership) and got the PP Prestige Membership included for free. Is this offering going to be something new?

No not really.. the corporate Plat cards already get PP memberships (as you noted) but the personal or business cards do not.. so this is effectively something new for personal/business plat cards but not really anything new for corporate since well you already have it, now quit showing off! :P

From this link:
http://www.americanexpress.com/lacid...plounges.shtml
it looks like enrolled platinum cards will have complimentary access to all PP lounges (see footnote 1). Guests would pay $27 each, charged to the AmEx platinum card. (this might be the Latin America site but the info looks very much like what US cardholders might get).

Normally how long does it take to receive the Priority Pass card once you register? I ask because I have a trip planned for the first week of April and wanted to know if the card would reach before I leave.

They quote you a time, something like 7 to 10 business days, but I believe it comes sooner. It came in 4 days for me. I got instant approval online and got it in 4 calendar days.

My concern is the type of PP that AMEX is giving out.
If they are giving out as a PP Select. There is no point really (as a lot of AMEX Platinum Cardmember has a status with at least 1 airlines), as we get lounge access in the U.S. anyway (except UA/CO).
