Amex on Credit Monitoring as Reviewed Monthly
I just checked my most recent experian credit bureau.
Shows up as being checked by Amex or Amex Account Review every month since June. I was approved for a Amex Plat back in March. I have had a Costco Amex for over 2yrs and don't spend anymore than I usually do, which is less than $3k/month and around $1k or more. I always pay in full.
Is this normal?

I believe their monthly (or so) soft pull from Experian feeds the monster that is the F/R. If they see your balances increasing significantly month over month, that could be a sign that you're getting over your head.
But to answer your question, yes it is normal for Amex.
