This isn't Platinum Card specific but we should probably add the free ShopRunner subscription to this page, just in case someone doesn't have it already through another American Express card.

Thanks for the wiki, enrolled in pretty much everything so far except Global Entry. Just a few questions/comments...
1) Everything can be enrolled in via the internet except the SPG Gold and InCircle which need to be done on the phone, correct? Also, the lady I spoke with on the phone when enrolling with InCircle informed me that it needs to be done via Amex and not with them.
2) The "exclusive" Departures website/newsletter seems to be pretty much open to everyone lol, unless I'm not understanding something.
3) How do you access the Entertainment newsletter?
4) And lastly, where applicable, do all of these Platinum benefits (airline incidentals, hotel benefits, car rental benefits, baggage/travel insurance, etc) require the use of the Amex Platinum card or can you pay with another card? Obviously, purchase/warranty protections and GE reimbursement require using the Platinum card but what about the other benefits?
Thanks!

Sorry, that link pointed to a previous version of the USA personal Platinum site. I have replaced it with the closest link in the current site, but it's really just a link to the top of the site. Click the purple [Enroll] tab.

Anyone seen any good retention offers?
Last year they were very generous when they lost AA lounge access. I called the other day and they told me I could get $100 to keep the card. I told the agent I'd think about it - don't know if I should hold out for something better or if that's the best they'll do.

This is a great thread! I recommend adding signing up for the ten free GoGo credits as well (Biz Plat only): https://promotions.gogoair.com/promotion/amexSplash.do.
