Wow, it's actually great to see AA is monitoring these forums and and offering explanations. Well, since you do, can you explain why neither I nor my GF got 1K BE points for Vertical Response offer we were BOTH targeted for (different businesses) and had fulfilled requirements for?

I got the promo email and registered immediately. Twice, actually, since I didn't get an email confirmation of the promo registration, and it DIDN'T appear as "active" under "my promotions" in our Business Extraa account. The second time, it said, "sorry, this Aadvantage # is already registered", so it's not like they don't know I signed up. (Just did it yet a third time out of panic if it's your promos and not mine - and got the same message.)
Anyway, already flew the first round trip ($377 base airfare), and the bonus miles haven't posted to my Aadvantage account yet. Nothing in the BE account either, but that didn't worry me since the flight point posting is always so slow.

Has anyone had any luck getting a AMEX Plat BizExtraa card as a sole proprietorship without $4M in revenue? I have approx $150k in revenue plus another $50k in pass through expenses. The benefits of the Plat (Admirals Club, 4% rebate and potentially 1:1 BizExtraa points) are huge and I would switch my spending exclusively to this card if those are true.
oint ratio has been debunked this is a whole lot less appealing...Please advise...

At the bottom of the "My Promotions" page there's a Note saying promotional points will be processed 6 to 8 weeks after the promotion end date. I would think that applies to this bonus offer. I'm guessing we won't see the bonus points until mid-late February.

Which is 500 points less than expected
My one AA r/t flight flown during the period had a total fare of approximately $280-290. The booking screen said $260+ base fare but it only posted as $248 spent. Pretty disappointing. 
I gladly would have paid for a higher fare if I would have known $260+ wasn't the true base fare as shown on the booking page.No AA miles have posted yet. 12,500 were initially expected, but in light of above I now only expect 2,500.
