Touchless Precheck CLT
 

I still can’t get Touchless Precheck to work. I have complied with all the steps to activate. Is it still an issue if you have two people on the PNR?

Have you looked through the master thread just a few posts below to see if anyone is having the same issue?

I am suspecting it may be the CLT equipment. Last week I cleared Glbal Entry wthout an issue at CLT and 10 minutes later, in same clothing, the Touchless PreCheck failed for me on several attempts. 4 of the 5 others that attempted it while I waited for the traditional document check also failed.

Side note. Be aware that in your AA profile the information states that your Opting in will last for 12 months but the expiration date next to opt-in box may not coordinate. Mine says valid through May31 2026. Just four months from now. Not sure when I opted in but it was not 8 months ago
