The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Two of us on the same PNR. One credited immediately, but mine took about two weeks. When I called after 10 days to see what was wrong, the reply was, “That’s just how it works; they process by ticket number and not PNR. You’ll get it eventually.”
I guess it is good to know I'm not that only one. To date, I've heard instant, 24-48 hours, three days, seven days from the EXP line. Some sort of transparency would be nice. If they could give a definitive answer, even if it is not one that I like, I could live with it. I have tried to contact refunds, but it seems as if the refunds department is an enclave that noone can actually contact.
