AAdvantage Hotels website not working

Is anybody else having problems with https://www.aadvantagehotels.com ?

It seems to work for a minute, and then stops recognizing that I'm logged in and the search form completely stops working and you I book anything.

Tried using it on multiple browsers and multiple devices and the problem persists. Out of nowhere it will start working again for a minute or two, but only long enough for me to get a set of search results. By the time I click into one of the rooms it has stopped working again and none of the results exist anymore. If I click login, it doesn't even take me to the login form... as if it recognizes I'm already logged in so it kicks me back to main search page, but then doesn't show me any account info and nothing works. This has been going on for over a week and I haven't been able to book anything.

Working normally for me

This happens to me from time to time. Usually coming back 15 minutes later everything is back to normal.

I've submitted a ticket with their technical team and included a recording of it actually happening. Looks to me like there is an outage somewhere around xx:45 at different points of the day. I'm experiencing one right now... the others seemed to keep happening at 10:45pm-ish.

It generally glitches out for me (and stops working) after I'm logged in. So I do all my window shopping but wait til I want to book (or at least get the ai price) before logging in.

Happens from time to time. What I do is just close the window and open a new window then log back in. Works every time for me.

Happens often for me, and my administrator at work, and with my wife separately. Very glitchy site. in many cases, we end up booking on Amex Travel for work and family purposes to just get it done. For solo travel, it's ok (less spend). If booking two separate rooms for two people, free cancellation options disappear. Book one at a time (waste of time), free cancellation shows up. Room for 2 adults and 2 kids at the same hotel on Booking.com is available, on AAdvantage, can only book 2 adults. So whenever booking for the family (even a suite), have to book somewhere else. In general, a very difficult and low performance site to use. I can imagine many travelers that spend a lot to get status end up giving up and booking like us on Amex Travel. To retain customers and spend, AA really needs to work with Rocket Travel to get this right and upgrade the site.

Yes. It's maddening. AA.com has been having its own fits also. Not that I subscribe to the woo-woo hocus pocus, but I'm happy to blame Mercury just because we can for 4 more days.

Same problem for me now. "No results found". No matter which browser, or clearing cache, etc.

It’s typically a temporary IP-based ban. Switch to a different network (e.g. cell instead of Wi-Fi) or wait.

And I waited 15 mins and it was ok. Odd. Seems they are trying to turn users off.

Yes I noticed this behavior last night when testing out AAdvantage hotels site. It was very odd, as I was logged into aa.com and AAdvantage shopping site at the same time just fine. AAdvantage hotels site seems very glitchy in comparison. Quite a turn off.

Still a problem. I’ve tried a few times this week using different browsers, devices and on both WiFi and 5G.

This generally works for me. Sometimes I'll still have to go in and manually delete the individual cookies. The ones that stay attached even after clearing browser history.
