Does a flight attendant have the stuff needed to make a Mimosa in domestic first class on an E175? I heard about all of the drink cuts recently and I wonder if they still have the alcohol needed.

If catered correctly, yes (although supplies of sparkling wine can be quite limited).

I wouldnt bet the farm on it.

Everything is hit and miss. Last week, didn't even have Sprite Zero. And lets not forget the ongoing Woodford, where they run out EVERY flight but can't figure out that if they run out so often... just maybe.. they should up the amount they carry?

As others have stated, yes, but you'll have more success on a flight from a hub than to (most regional flights are double catered, there's supposedly a separate, identical, cart for the return, but FA's are known to pinch on the outbound and not have anything on the return).
