Possible to move/convert Avios to AAdvantage miles?
 
Hi

i found a great flight on american airlines for 85k aa points and $744 which i have found nowhere else at such a bargain
lhr ba43 18:25 to cpt on 3rd december outbound
cpt q31372 to doh on 3 march inbound
doh qe3 to lhr on 4 march inbound

is it possible to somehow transfer my uk avios or uk amex points to aadvantage points indirectly or via some other hack?

No, it is not possible to transfer avios or Amex points directly to AA.

If those flights are available booking via AA, then they also should be available booking via BA or QR, etc. So you can transfer Amex to BA or QR and book via those channels, although the award pricing and fees will vary.

its over double the price and miles so not worth it!

Have you checked Cathay Pacific?

Note that your itinerary is business class outbound, economy return (55k + 30k). Business class for 55k will be difficult to beat (though you might lower the surcharges by using CX AsiaMiles) but 30k for economy is nothing special.
