Using flight credits for changed ticket?
 

I changed a ticket that resulted in a flight credit last month. I’m now looking to change a ticket, and there will be an additional cost to process the change.
I’d like to use the flight credit I have in my wallet, but the only options for payment are a credit card or 6 months financing. Is there any way to pay using the flight credits I have?

FYI for anyone in this situation:
I called AA and they were able to apply two different previous flight credits to pay for the increased cost of changing the flight I wanted to change. She indicated this is new and she had to call the "finance team" who did not know this was possible. They got it done, but it took a good 10-15 minutes.
