I don't know the answer to your question, but unless you are trying to book award flights operated by partner carriers, I would not assume that you would find the best redemption rates precisely at T-331.

It’s up to 331 days in advance, rather than at 331 days. There’s no guarantee as to when seats may be released and can vary greatly between routes and seasons in my experience

Some partners have awards *from* 355 days out. Like BA & QF due to Amadeus GDS. AA & AS use Sabre.
Just before Christmas will be a poplar date for awards.

I believe some airlines (for example QF) release award seats to their own FFP members earlier than to partner award programs, which can make it very hard to use AA miles for partner airline award seats (BA being an exception, but their carrier surcharges of course make them less attractive).

QF makes awards available to its own frequent flyer based on status OWE OWS OWR:- status vs days out is different.
Those with no status are fighting with others to get awards.
In recent times QF seem to release awards in blocks. Then nothing for say a month or more. Is random.
