Using ipad/other tablet with the tablet holders on AA Aircraft
Hey all,
Anyone know if the tablet holders with a 12.9 in ipad? Obviously the 11 in iPads work great with them, but I’m thinking of getting a 12.9in iPad Pro and would love to know if it would fit in those holders. Thanks!

The 11" is 9.74" length vs the 12.9" is 11.04" length. So, assuming you're mounting it horizontal/landscape orientation, the seat-back holder would need to be 1.30" wider.

I have that Pro and it does work BUT be aware that when someone moves the chair in front of you, it can jostle the ipad and it can fall. Even the 11" can do that.
I don't leave the ipad in the holder when I'm not paying attention so I canbe ready to brace it when someone moves that seat back

Tablet size recommendation? (for AA's A321neo device holder))
I am shopping for a new Tablet since I have quite a few 4hr+ AA domestic flights coming up, most of them on AA A321neo .
I wonder, do tablets fit on the device holder on AA A321neo at all? or only phones?
Trying to decide between a 11" or 12.9" tablet.

Tablets do fit, but only up to about 11". You can definitely go larger, but you'll have to rest them there (and not clip them in). It shouldn't be an issue on most flights, but if there's turbulence (or someone reclines the seat aggressively) it could send the tablet into your lap.
