After a three-hour delay on Friday morning, we push back from the gate and begin taxiing only to learn we’ll be waiting another 45 min before takeoff. The back of my neck begins to itch, and I discover that I’m sharing my seat with a tick.

I'm surprised you didn't flea the plane

I think the incoming flight was from the East coast. I rarely see ticks in the DFW area, but if they’re akin to cockroaches, they’re built to survive the apocalypse and could easily survive a 108 degree drought.

Looking forward to seeing the video on TikTok.
