But it should. That's what we're complaining about.

I’m loosing patients with people who don’t use grammar up good.

But then, I could care less (or maybe I couldn’t).

Right and I don't disagree with you. My university profs would most likely cringe at the degradation of the English language, but keep in mind that I'm nowhere close to being influential as people like Lebron James.

You might have 100 dollars, but not 100 moneys.
What if you've collected a banknote from every country in the world?

Yes, in that case it's countable. But that's a slightly different definition of the word than was being used here. (saying that something costs "less money" does not mean that it requires fewer types of currency to buy)

I think "monies" is an acceptable synonym of "currencies"

I always go back to Calvin (well, Bill Watterson) in response to this: https://www.gocomics.com/calvinandhobbes/1993/01/25

I'm sure that it will be only a matter of time before we see documents, etc starting sentences with 'So' and weaving 'like' into every other word within a sentence. Agggh!!

It sounds like ending sentences with a preposition is something up with which you will not put (apologies to Winston Churchill).

LOL
Wife & I have (jokingly) used the verb "debark" for years (rather than the seemingly double-prefixed disembark)

In my area, many people use "borrow" when they should be using "lend" and it used drive me up the wall; i.e. "Can you borrow me a drill bit?" instead of "Can you lend me a drill bit?". It took me years to get over it.

I get it - this is probably a minor complaint. But it just makes American look unprofessional; you would think they would want to fix these things.
Should we correct the grammar and punctuation in your post?
