AS Codeshare Change
 

In July, AS flies four daily flights between BUR-SEA, but only one flight has an AA codeshare number. I booked the codeshare via AA since it would result in more loyalty points compared to booking through AS with distance based earnings.

When I originally made the reservation, the codeshare was for the 10:35am departure. Last night, the codeshare changed to the 8:00pm departure, which I was automatically moved to. AS is still operating the 10:35am flight -- can AA move me back to my original flight even though it no longer has a codeshare?

I'm currently waiting on a callback from the EXP desk (3 hour estimated wait time).
