I'm a little confused on the benefits of this partnership. If I have EXP on AA, but no status on Hyatt, do I get anything out of it? Even dual points earnings on the 2 programs?

The latest status match offer had me checking my Hyatt account to see if I was even receiving Hyatt points from AA. I was but it seemed to stop suddenly after this past February. I've had a bunch of flights since then (including an expensive J flight to Europe for work) that should have net me a bunch of points. I checked and my accounts are linked, and it obviously worked before.

I had Gold status all of last membership year and still have it now. I don't have elite Hyatt status, though, and that might be the problem now that I read into it. However, it's strange I was credited for one AA trip in February despite not having elite Hyatt status.

I finished a 4 night Hyatt stay last week (after taking advantage/starting Hyatt status match to Explorist for 90 days, as I am currently AA Platinum Pro, and have already linked both accounts)- did get my expected Hyatt stay credit/points although no AA miles/LP yet. I hope to see the dual matching into AA by next week. :P
And also ironically, I got an email today from AA to do status match into Hyatt (which I already did 2 weeks ago

I don't recall exactly when they posted, but the listed/credited date (10/16) on my AA account (for that Hyatt stay) is day after I completed the hotel stay (as I checked out on 10/15).

My miles from a Hyatt stay that ended two Saturdays ago (10/21) posted last night overnight (10/30-10/31). This is consistent with my previous experiences. They always seem to post 1-2 Tuesdays after the stay, depending where in the week the stay ended.
Some eShopping miles that I got an email alerts about on Friday posted at the same time (usually eShopping comes through the day of the alert, or the day after). I think that none of this 3rd party stuff posts Friday-Saturday, Saturday-Sunday, or Sunday-Monday. So you end up waiting for the Monday-Tuesday overnight. That's been my experience anyway.
Normally I don't care that much about how long it takes but this takes me over a bonus threshold, so I was waiting for it before I made some other purchases.
