And then a few hours later they show up!

Just an update, I did the Customer Relations as brp had mentioned. Received an email a couple weeks later that everything is OK. And am happy to report - now I am getting my AA dual accrual miles again! So that did seem to do the trick.

No, I reached out to Hyatt, and they say to contact AA (who would understandably have no ability to post Hyatt points). When I push back with Hyatt, they say they will investigate, but nothing gets done. Im missing about 10,000 points unfortunately. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Glad I found this thread to find that I'm not alone.
Up until January, I was getting AA points for Hyatt stays.
Then it stopped. I've had three stays since then where I should be getting miles, but nothing has posted. I contacted both the Twitter team and my concierge, and they both don't even seem to be aware of this program.
Seems like an uphill battle. Are people having better results from the AA side?

AA posting to Hyatt usually takes a day or two. Hyatt posting to AA usually takes a few weeks. Sometimes much longer… although they’ve always posted eventually.
Trying to find AA or Hyatt customer service who are familiar with the process and don’t just finger point at the other party is a futile effort in my experience.

I have 7 stays missing, all in February till March 16. On that date I had my last stay credited which was completed on March 15.
i have been calling and e-mailing both Hyatt and AA and of course they each blame the other if you are lucky enough to get that far since
most agents have no idea what you are talking about. Utterly frustrating and annoying to put it mildly.

Look Hyatt and AA: you made this program. We're just playing by YOUR rules here. Why do you make this so hard?
I'm having a similar back-and-forth with Amex and Marriott for qualifying nights. They make the rules. Then they don't adhere to them. Then they blame me.
These companies must get away with a lot of benefits slipping through the cracks.

Same, but when I have gone through customer service, neither side acknowledges responsibility for posting. It's weird. Often, the issue with Hyatt is any time that an AA reservation gets reissued. Then, it does not appear for Hyatt points on their side. So frustrating because no one wants to claim responsibility.
