Broken J seat, changed to Y /

You are describing good customer service for an inconvenience. Something that seems to have evaporated. The $750 voucher was over the top, but nice. The other extra care on the flight should be the norm. I imagine today that none of the FA's would even make note of it. Not their problem or care.
