How does one complain these days?
I seem to be getting nowhere with whatever remains of the AAdvantage Service Center via phone or e-mail. I've tried using the online customer relations form, but it refuses to accept a submission, giving me the error message that State is a missing field (even though, as I live outside of the US, it is not an actual field on the contact form). Is there an e-mail address for customer relations (generic or for Executive Platinum members)? Has anybody tried to contact Vasu Raja directly and received any response?

Who the hell is Vasu? Twitter is a good feedback tool for me. Forget the phone, hour delays doesn't work for me.
What put you over the edge? The turkey sandwich?

I'm a bit confused here. When the OP says "renewed my status" what level? Typically once you hit whatever threshold (and granted with all the boost promotions it's a bit confusing) your status/status level should change immediately and you would receive any benefits tagged to that status level. There's no manual intervention unless you're missing credit for activity.
