Issues booking Royal Jordanian flights with AA miles
Has anyone else tried to book a flight on Air Jordanian recently? They’re showing up with business for miles, but then when I click to book there’s a problem and it doesn’t go through. Called AA and they mentioned they were seeing availability as well but when they went to put on hold/book it was listed as unconfirmed.

Has anyone attempted calling AA “Australia” or “New Zealand”? (MindPearl in Suva, Fiji, actually, but they have Amadeus as well and can sometimes book AA
partner award flights AA has trouble with.)

Apparently this is still an issue, at least for me. aa.com is showing RJ availability, can get through the entire booking process, get a confirmation email, but then reservation is cancelled. Very frustrating.

i booked JFK-AMN-DOH about 72 hrs ago after being unable to book ORD-AMN-DOH even tried calling in.
I received a confirmation number from AA for RJ and have already went to their website and received seat assignments and now show on the AA app. Only difference is the plane type doesn’t show on AA but does on RJ

Any insights regarding the following situation? :
I called in to book a RJ flight and the representative said it came back confirmed etc. and took payment. She mentioned that it wasn't yet ticketed, though. I received both the AA and RJ PNR.
When I check the RJ PNR on RJ.com, it says "booking on hold" and that I'm on the waitlist.
Is this standard procedure for RJ flights? Will the booking be ticketed and change from waitlisted to fully ticketed with ticket #? Or have I fallen into a black hole?

I made a new one, which appears better and now says "On Request," but the PNR on RJ.com is set to expire today in about 8 hours from now if it isn't fully ticketed. After chatting and calling AA, I can't seem to get a straight answer if it's waiting for AA to do something or RJ to do something. Everyone tells me to relax, but I'm betting this will end up expiring today and nobody will have ticketed it.
Edit: After calling RJ, they say everything is confirmed on their end and it is AA that has not completed the ticketing process.
