No reason why it should be a problem.

I had a few in my carry-on bag a few weeks ago and no problems with TSA.

I just carried couple of tests with me yesterday, no problem with carry on.

I recently carried six boxes on a weeklong international trip. No issues

I carry 2 everywhere I travel. I buy the Binax tests so I take the swabs, reagent and test card out of the big boxes and put them in a big ZipLoc bag to save space in my backpack.

Just keep in mind that if you are doing the video-supervised eMed version of the BinaxNOW tests (to meet CDC requirements for boarding commercial flights to the USA), you are supposed to keep the boxes sealed until the agent instructs you to open them during testing. (I always have to show the camera my sealed box with QR code on the back before they instruct me to open it.)

I carried two boxes with me all the time and had no issues going through security. I always ended up at CVS/Walgreens so it's always in my bag.

I brought two in from London in November in my carry-on - no problems.

Yeppers. These are the tests from Walgreens. Same test (X2 per pack) as the ones eMed sells without the fee for proctoring.

I've had a couple in my bag all week. Absolutely no issues passing through domestic security at 5 different airports.

I carried at least 2 through Washington, Chicago, New York, Boston, London, Zurich, Madrid, Milan, Porto, and Basel airports this fall. No problems.

Last week I took 2 in my carryon thru AUS, BRU, PRG, and LHR.

Well, unlike everyone else here it seems, I was detained and strip-searched after they found 3 boxes of the Binax test in my carry-on.

(Kidding, of course, my experience has been exactly the same as the other ~10 posters here).
