“In 2021, you earned…” EQM/EQD summary inaccurate January 2 2022
Even if I subtract the EQMs/Ds/Ss from the last few months of 2020 which AA rolled over into 2021, my 2021 totals as listed in the app are drastically off.
Am I just not understanding how AA’s system is arriving at these numbers?

Too lazy to double check mine, but this would make sense for me (and I was wondering why they were so off). I'm guessing it has something to do with the extended status earning period - maybe since they never "turned off" the ability to earn 2021 status, the computer system gave the numbers for the last full status year (2020).
I can't imagine there is either any significance to it or any way (or practical reason) to have it corrected. I guess if you know what AA's internal IT email address is you could send them an email, but I doubt they even care that much lol.
